1. GENERAL INFORMATION

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on mareaseize.com. Please make sure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before you place an order. Marea Seize reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

All Marea Seize jewelry is handcrafted by the designer in Helsinki. Due to the artisanal manufacture process, minor differences in shape may occur between the item in the e-shop and the items made for the client.

3. PRICES

All prices at this site are stated in euros and include Finnish VAT (24%). These prices are subject to change by seller without prior notice. The prices applied are those shown on the site at the time of ordering.

4. MADE-TO-ORDER MANUFACTURE

Marea Seize is working without any stock and every piece is made-to-order for each of our customer. The pieces are manufactured once the order has been processed by us (1-3 business days). The manufacture of our jewelry takes between 3-10 business days, depending on the product chosen. If you wish to know the exact delivery time of an item, please contact us by email. The delay of delivery depends on the number of orders ongoing. The maximal delay between your order placement and the reception of your order is 15 business days.

5. ORDERS

Orders can only be placed by persons that are 18 years or older. All Terms and Conditions mentioned on this page must be accepted when placing an order. Once the order has been placed and the complete amount of the transaction completed, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. If you haven’t received you order confirmation after 3 working days, please contact us.

6. PAYMENT METHODS

The total amount of the product and delivery cost must be paid when placing the order. We accept credit card payments (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). Credit card payments are powered by Stripe.

7. SHIPPING & PICK-UP

Our e-shop is shipping worldwide. Domestic orders are shipped by Posti (Finland) and international orders by Posti or DHL. Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for any import customs and taxes.

You can also pick-up your order at our Helsinki studio located at Korkeavuorenkatu 7. Please contact us by email to schedule a pick-up time.

8. DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES

Your purchase will be shipped within 10 business days after purchase, depending on the product chosen. Please find below the information about delivery times and charges. Note that these shipping times are only estimated and we are not responsible of any delays caused by Posti or UPS. All shippings come with a tracking code.

Finland: 6€ - 1-3 business days

EU: 20€ - 3-8 business days

Non-EU countries: 30€ - 3-10 business days

You can also pick upo your order at our Helsinki studio located at Korkeavuorenkatu 7. Please contact us at hello@mareaseize.com to schedule a pick-up time.

9. RETURN POLICY

We hope that you adore your new Marea Seize jewelry. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return purchased products within 14 days from the date you received your order. The returned products must be unused and in original shape, including original packaging. The client is responsible for covering the return fees. Please note that the all returns must be shipped in a parcel with tracking code. For detailed instructions on returns, please contact us on hello@mareaseize.com.
