All our jewelry is handcrafted by the designer herself in her studio in the center of Helsinki. The brand is committed to honor premium artisanal manufacture and to use materials of highest quality, as we wish that you will wear our pieces for many decades.
Our pieces are made in small series with a zero-waste policy, which means only a requested number of items is produced and all leftover material is being reused. By producing only a requested number of items, we assure to minimise the environmental impact of our business.
MATERIALS
Our pieces are made of solid Sterling Silver that is 99% recycled. Sterling silver is a precious metal that lasts in time and is easy to take care of.
A selection of our pieces is also available in Vermeil, which is a precious metal originating from France. The base material of Vermeil is Sterling Silver, and it is coated with a thick, 5 micron layer of 18 karat gold. The difference between Vermeil and regular gold-plated silver is its quality: it is durable and will last in time significantly longer. Marea Seize Vermeil pieces have been plated by a jewelry artisan in Paris.
